PRIVACY NOTICE
Who handles your information
GYMBAM Combat & Fitness is run by Jimmy Bamborough, coaching at Fitness2000, Roker, Sunderland. Contact gymbam1@gmail.com with questions about your personal information.
Contact enquiries
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, service of interest and message. We use these details to respond to your request and discuss coaching, including steps you request before entering a coaching agreement. Enquiries and their submission times are stored privately through Lovable Cloud. Public visitors cannot view them. The form does not make a booking or add you to a marketing list.
Fitness recommendations and AI
The optional questionnaire sends your goals, experience, preferred training format and schedule to Lovable AI Gateway and its model provider to suggest a GYMBAM service. It does not ask for your name or email. Questionnaire answers are not saved to the enquiry records unless you choose to include them in your contact message. Technical service logs may record request data. Suggestions are a starting point for a conversation, not medical advice or a guaranteed outcome. Please do not include diagnoses, injuries, medical history or other sensitive health information.
Service providers and security
Website hosting, private enquiry storage and AI processing use service providers needed to run these features. Access to enquiry records is restricted. Providers may process information outside the UK; contact Jimmy if you need details about the providers and safeguards applicable to your request. No phone or social link is displayed unless Jimmy supplies it.
Retention and your choices
You can ask Jimmy to access, correct or delete information, or raise an objection about its use. Some rights depend on the circumstances and legal obligations. A fixed enquiry retention period has not yet been set; contact Jimmy about removal of your enquiry. This notice will be updated when the retention arrangements are confirmed. You can also raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and third-party connections
These website forms do not add advertising cookies. Hosting services may use essential technical storage or logs. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives connection information such as your IP address when the page loads. External email and social links open the service you choose and are subject to that service's privacy practices.
